Welcome back to Question Tuesday! Today’s post is not beauty related but health therapy. I’ve been thinking what else would be fun in the fall besides apple picking, hay rides, Halloween and pumpkin spice.

So, I got this question that has been popping up my mind recently. Oh well, Β am I speaking out loud?

Q: What do you find is therapeutic for you guys? In the comment section below let me know what you find therapeutic.

A: Could it be cleaning and mopping the floor, playing your animal friend, spa,relaxing in a aromatic bath, facial massage, exercise,snap chat, twitting, arranging flowers or gardening, listening to music etc … I personally find making flower arrangements makes me very relaxed and peaceful. I can feel my stress level decreases and it’s feels so great.

    1. Laura, that’s not odd! Or if it is, we’re in the same boat cause I was just about to comment the same thing! Sharon, I love organizing. Granted, I can get caught up spending 2-3 hours tryingggg to organize something small and end up with a bigger mess in the end but it still feels nice to escape into moving stuff around. Also, throwing things away! I loveeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee getting rid of things πŸ™‚


    2. Hahaha! I’m the opposite when it comes to throwing things away. I’m such a hoarder and loves to keep things for momento. I’m not good at organizing but I do expect things to be where it were. I’m a follower of the Japanese 5S Methodology. It feels rewarding to find something therapeutic! xo

    3. My husband is like that, and I feel so bad but sometimes I just throw things away without asking him :-X He doesn’t remember any of it, he just wants to save EVERYTHING! It does feel rewarding to find something therapeutic though, I totally agree!

    1. Ironing !!!πŸ˜‚ Sharon is to polite to comment because she is laughing at you a little bit too πŸ˜‰ Just joking, for me it’s always been hiking with the dogs. Organizing my makeup stash is also very therapeutic (see I’m a little weird too) !!!

      I find organizing my makeup stash SO stressful. I hate it. I realize I have way more stuff than space to sort it all… so then they all go back into boxes!

    3. Sounds you have a healthy lifestyle, love! Hiking is really not my thing – I’m more of a sedentary type person it seems, hahaha! I think we have something in common (a little weird) lol !! xo
