Best Drugstore Beauty Haul -$2

 

I always find an excuse to shop no matter where I am, but in this case I was in the heart of beauty shopping so I couldn’t help myself and I went a little crazy.

Here’s a quick run through of what I bought, but you can also expect to see these products popping up in different post over the next couple of months.

I’m A stooge so I got all these for only CAD$2.00 – its quite a lot of product though! I was born ready to Jump in and buy them in sale price. Yipee!!!

The first product I picked up is these two Mousse Blushes in Rose and Melon. Originally sold for $6.00 while I paid $2.00 each for these bad boys. I feel that I’ve accomplished my low buy challenge somehow. The texture is super smooth and mossy soft.

I’ve to play around with this a little longer. It does feel and look really nice though. Can’t wait to do MOTD after hauling all these awesome products actually. So stay tuned, gorgeous!

I’m not going to lie and yes, I love the cute packaging. This Rose Gloss is calling my name and you know that I’m a sucker for cute packaging, I couldn’t say no to this.

The color I got is in Red. Yes, it’s just called Red but I don’t really care about the name so much since I can just stare at the swirl the whole day. So, yes, I’m thrilled to put this to the test.

I picked up their Gamine Eyeshadow Quad and also the Ingenue Lip Duo. I’m obsessed with eyeshadows and I wouldn’t miss this for the world, especially when it’s only for $2.00.

I don’t know the texture but I just love love the colors. They’re so pretty. So, ya – that’s another few products I want to play around a little bit longer.

Next is the Matte Lipstick which I got is in the shade Nude. The scent of this reminds me of cotton candy which I loved so it got a lightly sweet and creamy going on. So, I think that I’m going to enjoy this lipstick as well.

They also have this Eye Primer which I’m super excited to try. It says on the description “a fresh base coat for smooth eyeshadow application”. So, I’m really really excited to try this.

I think I’m going to like it and I’ll report back.

Next, I also picked up their Nail Polish in Slate Blue. I’m all about blue lately and I just love this shade so much that I’ve to get it. It’s such a pretty blue with a semi-matte finish. Ever since I started wearing falsies, let me just tell you that I’ve been hooked to false lashes. I wear falsies everyday and really like how it looks. Which brings me to mention that the only glue that I’ve been using is nothing more than this Lash Adhesive which I’ve been reaching for everyday. Since I love it so much, I bought another tube but for a sale price. I only paid $2.00 for the second tube adhesive and I couldn’t be happier, whahaha!

Well,  picked it up as I had tried the Joe Fresh mascara before and I really like it so I thought thought that the $2.00 price tag was reasonable enough to try another one out.

I put it on today and I felt that I got a lot of added thickness on it but not lengthening my lashes. I’m intrigued to try and find out if it could possibly do a similar job to the Hydra Lash Mascara. I noticed that it’s the exact same size to the Hydra Lash mascara, which as a matter of fact, I did a review on before. The only difference I notice on a glance is the outside tube packaging.

Another product that I wanted to try from Joe Fresh is their Eyeliner in Forest. I really like that it’s a retractable liner and this green is a color which I see myself wearing one of these days. I’ll post an EOTD on my Instagram, if you like to check it out.

Last product I got is their Lip Balm in Papaya. This one I think it has some interesting thing happening. I really like the packaging and it has a little light pink in the middle. It feels comfortable on lips. Very pleased with the texture it gives. I’m wearing it now on my lips. Seriously, love the texture and the color.

There are so many other products to try and I can’t wait to go into store and haul my heart out!
