Blogtober* SKIN18 Korean Facial Treatment Favorites

 

Hey everybody! Welcome back to my blog 🙂 Today I’ve super super excited post to show you all my new blog post of the face masks I’ve posted on my Instagram feed not too long ago.

So today, I’m going to talk about facial mask favorites. It’s the products I got from SKIN 18 to do this blog post. This is my second time doing a collaboration with Skin 18 and I’ve been quite impressed with their initial samples and so when they contacted me the second time, I couldn’t say no. Reason because I really like it. You guys know that I only work with brands that I’m confident with.

These are sheet masks that I personally used the find it work and make a noticeable difference straight away. I’m quite impressed with all the products and I’m going to talk to you all today.

So, here are the sheet masks, nose strips, moisturizing pack and modeling cup pack.

First time trying this Modeling Cup Pack by Inoface Cosmetics. This is a Korean brand and this is a unique face mask I would say. I haven’t tried any powder mask before and this cup pack intrigued me to try it.

It comes in a cute sturdy plastic cup packaging like so and inside it you’ll find a spatula for mixing the mold. I’m not a big fan of product that comes in powder form, reason being I find it a little cumbersome and messy. But this one is so easy to mix into a batter which is good news.

To make your own mask. All you have to do is follow this simple step. Just add water (1/2 of the products) into the cup and then mix it  well with the spatula provided. Once you’ve mixed it evenly, apply this sticky modeling pack rapidly on the face. After 15-20 minutes, peel off the mask/pack and clear up the residues. I like applying serum and moisturizer after my mask treatment. It feels so good and refreshing.

You can also recycle the cup. That’s also good for the environment!

Moving on are the sheet mask by Luxe and their nose strips. I really love this brand after testing their eye strips. Their products smells amazing and they don’t cause skin irritation whatsoever. I’ve sensitive skin and when I had this sheet mask on, I didn’t noticed any tingling or discomfort at all. The whole time, my skin just absorbs the goodness of this collagen essence in. It feels so rejuvenating and just one word to describe it : AMAZING!

I put this at night and the next morning my skin feels so soft, so plump and fresh. It definitely calms my skin down.

Behind the packaging, you’ll find a bilingual instructions on how to apply and the ingredients used. I highly recommend it.

Next I’m going to talk about the nose strip and the nose cleansing strip. Both amazing products. I always thought I don’t have much whiteheads on my nose until it was revealed to me how gross and scary it looks when I peeled the nose strip off. You know right, whiteheads are very hard to spot. And Oh my gosh! When the truth was revealed to me and seeing all my whiteheads stuck on the strip, I know right away that I must have this in my life. Seriously!

Both  of these nose strips smells amazing. The nose strip really smells like mugwort plant and lemon tea smells so refreshing. I also tried the lemon tea cleansing strip a few days ago and I really like it. It works wonderfully as the mugwort strip except with different scents. Overall, yay!

So if you’re in the market for nose strips, I suggest you check out this one. They’re decent in price and it works great.

Since the weather is getting colder and drier my skin has been screaming for moisturizer all these times. Normally, I would slap a handful of my Lancome Bientfait day cream to keep my skin moisturize. You know, I’ve dry-combination skin and this Aloe Soothing Mask is a must have in each and everyone’s drawer. Teenagers under 18 years – you might want to skip this and go to the next product.

As it says on the packaging, this is an Anti-Aging Aloe Soothing Mask and they weren’t kidding when they said that. This is more for hydrating your skin than anything else.

It feels soothing, cooling and relaxing when you first applied the sheet mask on. But before the mask, follow the instruction to as Step 1 which is the anti-aging ampule. I applied it on and gently massaged them in. Then I have the sheet mask on for 25-30 minutes.

Once I took off the sheet mask, I usually like to rub the formula in by massaging it in circular motion. Then, I go ahead to step 3 by applying the night cream to really set my skin with this awesome moisturizer.

I find this really good. I know for a fact that aloe vera gel is good for helping skin healing, scars, burnt and many other usages. So, when you’ve a packet full of aloe vera on a sheet mask, I tell you, it’s a must try.

The next that I’ve been loving is this Cucumber Essence Mask Sheet by Beauty Friends. If you’re looking for a smooth and brightening mask for your complexion then this one is for you. It smells very cleansing and cucumber-y, if that make any sense. Conclusion is that I like that it leaves my skin feeling fresh.

Lastly, this is one of my favorite. This Moisturizing Cucumber Pack is amaze-ball. It’s really kind of  moisturizing and nourishing to your skin. It feels so moisturizing and when you massage it in, it’s gel type watery.
