Hi guys! Welcome back to Tester Wednesday. Every week I rotate my makeup bag to test out products for a whole full week or find new makeup favorites that I haven’t tried before or testing out products from my first impression after a full week test run.
So, let’s get started.
Last week, I was testing a lot of products from Lise Watier which I really like and quite impressed with. So today, I thought I would share with you my thoughts and opinion on my new favorite Lise Watier Rivages Eyeshadows Palette.
I got this from their warehouse sale and the moment I saw the packaging and the color selections I knew I had to get my grabby hands on it.
As always, Lise Watier impresses me right off the bat by housing their products in carefully thought out packaging. Judging by the Rivages packaging, it makes me think that this design was inspired by timeless elegance.
I’m SO grateful that it’s in my collection as this palette is just such a beauty.
When I look at this palette, I personally think that it could easily stand as a knockout on its own without the other supporting products. Look how gorgeous the colors are!
It housed ten beautiful eyeshadows in a brass edged and opalescent shell-like lid compact with a rose-mauve interior. The underside of the lid features a large mirror, perfect for makeup on the go which I really appreciate, and two duo-ended sponge tip applicators which I don’t use since I prefer to use my own brushes.
Inside this palette there are ten shades:
Top row: a soft corn yellow/ a muted moss green/a peach pink/ a plum & a deep wine red, kinda like a cool marsala
Bottom row: a soft blush pink/ a light mauve purple/ an icy blue pink/ a deep red bronze & a deep purple black

All the shades also have that characteristic hard texture typical of Lise Watier eyeshadows, however these ones at least felt a bit more buttery than previous palettes due to its powder-cream formulation.
I’m really blown away by the colors and formula in this palette. Just admire how insanely pigmented these shadows are. Best thing is, you don’t even need a primer for these shadows and they last all day with only moderate fading.
The $54 price tag for ten shades of the Rivages palette is quite pricey, but if you don’t have an extensive eyeshadow collection or if you happen to see it at a warehouse sales for a discounted price, then by all means get this immediately. You’re going to like it.

Overall, the Palette Rivages is a hands-down must-have in my opinion, the quality and value of it is just beyond amazing. This is a perfect summer shadows I know I’ll be wearing all summer.
Have you frequented any beauty warehouse sales lately? If yes, which brand is your favorite and why?
