Hey guys!
I have been lusting for these Urban Decay Naked Eyeshadow Palettes for awhile since I started posting my blogs and hearing so many raves and hypes from many beauty gurus on Youtube. I started to learn more about Urban Decay and I do have to confess that I’ve found new love with their makeup. Long story short, I finally stashed up enough to go pick up this Naked 3 palette of pink-hues neutral colors without much hesitation. This is my second Naked eyeshadow palettes after my Naked 2 Basics palette which I got sometime ago. Interested to read my previous post, I’ve put a link in here.
I’ve to admit that I really love Urban Decay’s brand so far especially on their eyeshadow palettes department. So, let’s check on how this palette worth :-
I’m super happy and can’t wait to share my review with all of you. So, let’s get started.
It comes in a nice embossed printed icons of Naked 3 on the paper box packaging with color swatch which are different from Naked and Naked 2 eyeshadow palette packaging.
The case is of rose gold metal waves design indented all over the exterior top.
Urban Decay Naked 3 in twelve gorgeous shades for $54.00 (net wt: 0.60 oz) a palette in hues of pink and brown. It’s a really lovely eyeshadow palette filled with rich pigmented, soft, easy to use and blend-able. It includes a nice double ended shadow/blending brush.

Color swatches
Darkside is my most favorite shades because it is somehow unusual. It looks like it has a little bit of purple hint which I overall feels it’s special to me at least. The rest of the colors are very pretty and most of them has glitters especially the Dust. It was surprisingly glittery than the other shades in my opinion. Because of the fair amount of glitter, the texture are less smooth and it causes fall out during wear.
But anyways, I’m going to do a breakdown of each individual from this color swatch:
Blackheart is described as “smokey black matte satin” with some burgundy and rosy red micro sparkle.
Darkside is described as “deep mauve taupe satin” with it’s cool purple taupe combined with pearled finish. Easily blend to the lids and soft texture on it.
Mugshot has a “metallic taupe shimmer with a slight pink hue” with metallic finish. I really this mugshot soft and creamy texture with excellent payoff.
Factory is described as “pinky-brown satin” with soft pearled finish. It has a nice pigment and offers reddish undertone.
Liar is described as “medium metallic mauve shimmer” which I feel has a warmer subtle undertone in it. It’s very frosted and closed to metallic finish. Surprisingly the texture is very soft and very pigmented.
Nooner is described as “medium pinky brown matte” that carries the matte medium rose plum with neutral-warm undertone for this palette. It has a powdery consistency of a matte shadow but it’s soft and easy to blend.
Trick is described as a “light metallic pinky-copper shimmer with tonal micro-sparkle.” It a copper brown with gold sparkles over a frost finish.
Buzz is a metallic shimmer with silver micro glitter which I also like. It has an excellent color payoff and has metallic sheen finish. The texture is soft, creamy and smooth.
Limit is of light dusty rose-pink with matte dewy finish. It has this soft neutral to cool undertone but slightly powdery.
Burnout is of a pale pinky peach satin that has a lovely peachy and rose pearled finish. It really has a nice pay off and the texture is soft, smooth and definitely not powdery at all.
Dust is a little bit powdery and has a fair amount of glitter on it. It’s a light medium pink with cool undertone. With that in mind, I still like the micro glitter that sets the mood for partying.
Strange is a pale pink matte-satin with high color payoff. The saying of a little goes a long way is what I practice religiously.
No doubt that this Urban Decay Naked 3 palette is on the steeper side but for a quality like this Naked 3 palette, I don’t mind going for it. I personally like this palette very much and find the colors works well on me. I know that I’m going to have lots of fun playing and creating some wonderful colors from this palette for sure. You can find it at Sephora and Urban Decay online.
Well, that’s my take on this Naked 3 eyeshadow palette which I love especially these beautiful shades and the rich pigmentations.
